Crab, Mushroom & Asparagus Quiche
Our spring-inspired take on quiche includes asparagus, mushrooms and crab. We've used canned crab meat, but if you so happen to have fresh crab meat on hand, it would be superb in this dish. Make the quiche ahead of time, then pair it with home-style potatoes or a simple spinach salad for a late lunch or dinner.
